How does escrow work?
When you check out, your payment is charged and held safely by WeTheFan LLC. Funds only release to the creator after you approve the deliverable — or automatically 48 hours after the creator uploads it if you take no action.

What if the creator declines?
You are automatically shown similar creators as replacements at no extra cost. If none work, you can request a full refund.

Can I cancel a campaign?
You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before the creator accepts. Once accepted, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — open a dispute from your dashboard.

How do creators get paid?
Once you approve their deliverable (or after 48 hours of auto-approval), the funds are released to the creator’s WeTheFan wallet for immediate withdrawal.

Where’s my contract?
A signed PDF contract is generated at checkout and available for download from your dashboard for every order.
